About Us Home Accommodation is a family owned business with over 15 years experience in the Sheffield residential market providing quality student accommodation. We only rent out our own properties and do not manage or let for anyone else so we can ensure that they are fully maintained and furnished to the highest standard. The entire team at Home Accommodation have been students (some more recently than others!) and can therefore cater well to the needs and demands of both student and professional tenants. All of our Sheffield student accommodation is located in the heart of the student community and close to the Sheffield University and Sheffield Hallam University campuses. Our office is located on Whitham Road at Broomhill within walking distance of the University campuses and we also offer a 24 hour emergency helpline service for out-of-hour problems and repairs. As well as our large number of traditional properties in Sheffield we have new purpose-built student apartments in the centre of town. Home Accommodation can offer a great range of properties from 1 bedroom to 10 bedrooms, house or apartment. We can also offer properties with full disabled access and facilities. At Home Accommodation we take a personal interest in our properties and have a full team of maintenance tradesmen to deal with any necessary repairs. All of our properties comply with current safety legislation including Corgi Gas Safety, NICEIC Electric Certification, HMO (House in Multiple Occupation legislation where necessary) and all fire safety provision.
