Please find information below to help with the return of your bond.
In order to return your bond we require the following (as outlined in your end of tenancy letter)
Stamped Addressed Envelope
Having vacated the property and left it in a good state of repair and clean and tidy for the new tenants it is essential that you send us a
stamped addressed envelope
so we can send your deposit out to you.
Receipted Accounts of Outgoing Charges
We require proof that utility bills have been closed on June 30th and are paid in full using readings taken for gas, electricity and water until that date
We will
not
accept accounts which have been closed on estimates.
Please read all meters on leaving the property
Once we have these in the office we then have 40 days to process and return your bond.
Please be advised that your contract is joint and several. This means that
all tenants are jointly liable
for any costs which are deducted from the bond, this includes damages, declined and late rent payment charges!
We hope this information is helpful, however If you anticipate any problems or have any further queries, please contact us as soon as possible. Contrary to popular belief, the majority of landlords love to return full bonds, this would mean that the house has been left clean, no damage, no hassle and ready for the new tenants.
