Home Accommodation offer two different packages when it comes to paying your bills …

Regular Package
On our 'regular' utilities package tenants pay a lower weekly rent and are responsible for setting up and paying their own utility accounts throughout their tenancy.

Premium Package
With our 'premium' package you only have to pay rent!

For a slighty higher weekly rent we will set up your gas, electric and water accounts and pay for the useage throughout your tenancy. This means the cost is spread out evenly over the year for tenants and there are no worries about big bills coming in!
