Information For Guarantors

A guarantor is a third party, usually a parent, relative or close friend who takes financial responsibility if the tenant fails to cover the costs associated with the property such as rent, damages or other charges.

A Guarantor has be over 21 years, be a UK resident and be in full/part time employment.

Guarantors will need to complete the below form & provide proof of address/identity documents (explanatory notes can also be accessed below)
