Safety and Security
We take the safety and security of our tenants very seriously. All of Homes properties are Risk Assessed by an external contractor. The key safety features in all our homes are as follows:
- Fire/smoke alarms which are tested on a regular basis by a qualified contractor.
- Carbon Monoxide detectors
- Fire blankets in the kitchens
- All gas appliances are tested annually by a Gas Safe Registered engineer
- An electrical inspection is carried out every 3-5 years by a qualified electrician
- Electrical appliances are PAT tested annually
- All of our homes meet HMO standards where required
