In order for us to arrange a viewing of one of our properties, we will need the below paperwork completing.
Whemn going through our signing proceedure we will ask you to complete a referencing check for yourself and your guarantor, through a company called Goodlord. Please see below all the information you may need regarding the process.
Fill in application form
Pay Holding Deposit (1 weeks rent per person)
Complete referencing with Goodlord
If approved, fill in Security deposit paperwork
Pay Security deposit (£150pp)
Guarantor to complete paperwork
Sign Tenancy Agreement
